We rigorously select the best materials and collaborate closely with our suppliers, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards. Raw materials undergo thorough inspection for chemical and mechanical properties, as well as surface quality.
Our commitment to quality extends throughout the production process. Detailed procedures are meticulously defined, empowering our operators, supervisors, and quality control inspectors to produce the best possible products. In-process materials are subjected to rigorous inspections, encompassing dimensional properties such as tolerance, roundness, and straightness, as well as mechanical properties including tensile strength, elongation, and hardness. Surface finish is also closely scrutinized.
Before the final shipment, the Quality Assurance team in our finished goods department—our “DEV METAL & ALLOYS Internal Customers”—inspects each item from the customer’s perspective. Finished goods undergo final inspections based on customer specifications, encompassing surface finish, dimensional accuracy, packing, color coding, and marking, guaranteeing that every product meets the highest quality standards and meets the requirements.
